Choice Network offers a full service adoption agency. Located on-site at all Capital Care Network locations, this renoun partnership gives women a place to stand in balance as they make the best decision they can. Choice Network is committed to creating stable, permanent families and offering a quality of support for both adoptive applicants and birth mothers and fathers that no other agency offers.

Both Capital Care Network and Choice Network strive to promote community involvement through education, advocacy, and online networking. Our female owned and operated offices provide a non-judgmental, private, and respectful environment. Our caring and professional staff includes physicians, registered and licensed practical nurses, trained medical assistants, a licensed social worker and patient advocates. We strive to personalize our care, create an environment that is comfortable for you, and trust your choices.

Choice Network partners with Capital Care Network and twenty other clinics including Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio and A Woman's Choice of Raleigh, North Carolina & Jacksonville, Florida to offer a full array of services for our women. We join with Bloom Recovery Network, Creating Intentions, Painted Sidewalk, Sentient Law and The Collective Genius - five agencies who support and believe in Choice Network's mission, pushing us to be better everyday. Choice Network is also a proud member of Adoption Access Network and Abortion Care Network.

Finally, Choice Network is committed to public partnership and education. Our community advocacy group includes staff, community members, and volunteers. We partner with other local organizations and aid in coordination of events that help increase knowledge and awareness.
